This was a nice and excellant location not far from eastern Canada and the city centre and Fredericton airport and University campus. Furthermore, near the main highway.
The staff were not so good, didn't expect that coming.

The continental breakfast was a nice touch. Its location was incredible, close enough to the ball field, highway, grocery store, University, and local attractions. - There is a nice trail by the river in the beautiful neighborhood.

The location was quiet - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. Truly enjoyed the way our queen room was arranged with the bedroom, gauzy curtain, for instance. The staff was amiable, decent, and responded promptly to requests.

The location of the inn is great, situated in a private residence. the rooms are newly decorated, which adds a nice touch. - I enjoyed the continental breakfasts that included juice, muffins, and bagels. - the staff at the inn were extremely friendly and accommodating.
